Frequently Asked Questions
What can I bring in with me?
Please feel free to bring folding camp chairs, blankets, and pop-up style tents and umbrellas. You may not bring in any outside food or beverage.
Do we have to pay to park?
Yes, parking is $5 per vehicle.
Do I need to bring cash?
Yes. While many vendors will be able to process debit/credit card payments, some may not. It is definitely a good idea to come with cash on hand.
What else will there be to do?
The Rural Hill Food Truck Rally has something for everyone! Let your kids run wild in the Kids Zone (fee applies), learn about cooking over an open flame at the historic Rural Retreat Cabin. Challenge your friends and family to a round of corn hole. Enjoy live music under the stars. Take a scenic and relaxing hayride around the property (fee applies), or hike off any culinary excesses with a quiet hike along our 2.5 mile trail.

Will you have alcohol for sale?
If you’d like to drink wine and/or beer, please be sure to have your ID ready to be presented to Rural Hill Staff. If you appear to be 40 or under you will be asked to present ID, no exceptions.
Will I have to stand in line to get my food?
Remember, trucks serve great food, not fast food! Much of the wonderful creations served by food trucks are made-to-order on-site, so expect a bit of a wait…but also expect a true culinary delight. With an increased number of trucks attending this time around, we hope that the wait won’t be too long.
